Everyone must contribute to the group with their ideas and execute ideas agreed upon by the group. Make sure there’s open communication and everyone knows the due dates of assignments.
4. Briefly introduce your food truck, e.g. hours of business, location, operation format (how long does it take you to cook one meal?), etc
Our food truck is open for 3 hours a day, Monday-Friday 12-3pm, on the CSULA campus. We cut the line off after the 3rd hour and finish the orders present. Meals are cooked the night before and are prepared on site. Preparation takes a few minutes cooking takes hours.
